This page was made to tell about CFIDS and FMS, the diseases that I have.  CFIDS stands for Chronic
Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction
Syndrome.  FMS stands for
Fibromyalgia Syndrome.  They aren't deadly diseases but they run your life.

Fortunately, there are many support groups on and off the internet.  They help keep you going even through the times when you think you just can't go on.
